We started with traditional "blue dot" wayfinding and realized that it isn't intuitive for most people. We developed photo-based wayfinding to make it obvious where you are supposed to go. Some of our customers have piloted both blue dot and photo-based wayfinding in separate facilities and photo-based wayfinding won hands-down.
Our system has been deployed in hospitals, convention centers, retail stores, office buildings, and car dealerships. We have experience deploying in locations as sensitive as a cardiac ICU and as large as a hospital campus covering 10,000,000sqft. We have multiple facilities over 1,000,000sqft.

No, our system is completely stand-alone and does not require complex integration or expensive cabling runs. The system does not interfere with Wifi or require any specific networking equipment or changes to your network setup.
We typically deploy beacons with a 5-year battery life. Around 4.5 years, we come and replace the beacons for you.
We take all of the photos for you (although you are welcome to have your own staff or photographer do it). You can update any photo as easily as texting us a new photo from a staff member's phone.
We can make route changes for you (or you can do it through our portal) at any time. Hepling patients navigate confusing routes during construction is one of our specialties.
Our machine learning monitors everything and can handle multiple beacon failures. If a beacon fails, we can come onsite to fix it or overnight a replacement.
